This painting features a calm Racka Sheep with spiral-shaped horns (which remind me of a unicorn horn!), standing in a field at night, alone. But she isn’t afraid, because she knows the Shepherd is nearby and watching out for her. She knows no wild animals will attack her because the Shepherd is there with his rod and staff to fight off the attacker and protect her. She can rest easy, enjoying the beautiful night sky and rest in His presence.
