This is my original painting of The Portland Headlight (it is located in Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth, Maine). This is a 5x7 watercolor and mixed media painting on watercolor paper.

This painting was originally made with watercolor, acrylic, dimensional glaze, Stickles, Pen and Gel pens.
This pieces is a print of the original, and further embellished to look like the original. Then it’s mounted to a 5x7 cradled board. The edges are finished with a sand medium and acrylic paint. The whole thing is varnished for long lasting protection.
